Cheng Qian Qiang kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 6 minutes of play, Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute Rejunte de perros were awarded a corner. Pandapotan Mainaky went to the cornerflag to take it. Rejunte de perros's Pandapotan Mainaky was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cheng Qian Qiang got free with Benito Sanz in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomás Barral got free with Benito Sanz in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 17 in the game by Cheng Qian Qiang from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 17th minute. Cheng Qian Qiang struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rejunte de perros. In the 20th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Pandapotan Mainaky sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 21st minute. The corner led Rejunte de perros's Pandapotan Mainaky to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Cheng Qian Qiang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Eliézer de Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Rejunte de perros booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexander Carballo lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Rejunte de perros a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pandapotan Mainaky, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Noboa to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Ferrant made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rejunte de perros's Borys Barys. After 55 minutes of play, Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 58 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. After 59 minutes, Hugo Ferrant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Rejunte de perros players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Thomás Barral notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 66 minutes, Cheng Qian Qiang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rejunte de perros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheng Qian Qiang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rejunte de perros's Rogelio Funes Mori was substituted for Thomás Barral. Rejunte de perros's Serge Grandidier was substituted for Urbano Vimaro. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Funes Mori went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Funes Mori in the 76th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Funes Mori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Funes Mori came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Rogelio Funes Mori made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Rejunte de perros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pandapotan Mainaky didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Rejunte de perros's Rogelio Funes Mori. But to his dismay, Rogelio Funes Mori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Rejunte de perros walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
