Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after magician under moon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Facundo Trampuš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Trampuš in the 47th minute of play.

Felix Montes hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 方阳桦. 潘岚军 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. 潘岚军 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 潘岚军 was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 77 minutes in the game, 许银川 fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Julio Vera having to interfere. When 方阳桦 fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored magician under moon's protests and gave 方阳桦 a yellow card for diving instead. 彭风挺 kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 潘岚军 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 潘岚军 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th match minute, magician under moon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 郑枫傲 to maneuver through the defense. After 98 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 潘岚军 was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
