Fransesco De Mol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Barrios, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Sebastien Westelinx kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Fransesco De Mol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play. Abraham Alguacils short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Fransesco De Mol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brent Schuts couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fransesco De Mol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Les Bistouquettes Bleues's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fransesco De Mol came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
