Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 6th match minute, Sydney FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guy Rothe to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Pozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Marke kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Sebastian Titz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Önder Cebi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Chile booed when Sydney FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Mendy didn't get a good kick on the ball.
