In the 18th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anders Apelqvist took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Apelqvist in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Erotica Sensation's Jan-Ove Ånger got a free kick in the 27th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Erotica Sensation's Andreas Rolfsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simon Kleen, 1-2. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Simon Kleen in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Erotica Sensation were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Oskar Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anders Apelqvist took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Simon Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Erotica Sensation's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After 71 minutes, Joshua Secada made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Erotica Sensation's Simon Kleen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Erotica Sensation was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Edwin Söderström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Erotica Sensation's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
