Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Häsrät Azamämmädov in the 11th minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Salvatore Foti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvatore Foti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tomas Illescas scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukasz Rasialdo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of --FIRELAND-- booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvatore Foti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After 42 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the --FIRELAND-- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense.

Lukasz Rasialdo made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Häsrät Azamämmädov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Salvatore Foti came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the --FIRELAND-- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvatore Foti couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto de Souza in the 69th minute of play. A hard shot 72 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Lukasz Rasialdo managed to make a qualified save. --FIRELAND--'s players were relieved. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Häsrät Azamämmädov in the 74th minute of play. Lukasz Rasialdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by --FIRELAND--'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lukasz Rasialdo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but --FIRELAND--'s Lukasz Rasialdo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Salvatore Foti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. --FIRELAND--'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvatore Foti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to --FIRELAND-- getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ehsan Äläkbärov hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Häsrät Azamämmädov came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
