Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Bolko Julius made the kick off and thus started the match. Hilal Gençlik's Oktay Gariboğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolko Julius in the 6th minute of play. Oktay Gariboğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play forced Hilal Gençlik's goalkeeper Buğrahan Ufki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Buğrahan Ufki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Oktay Gariboğlu sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play forced Hilal Gençlik's goalkeeper Buğrahan Ufki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jean Bertassi came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Hilal Gençlik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Bertassi couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buğrahan Ufki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efekan Ensar, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfred Rasialdo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Hilal Gençlik's corner Alfred Rasialdo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oktay Gariboğlu in the 31st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buğrahan Ufki having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Jean Bertassi fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hilal Gençlik's protests and gave Jean Bertassi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hilal Gençlik getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jean Bertassi hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Hilal Gençlik got a freekick which was hit by Haluk Sökmen. Oktay Gariboğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Buğrahan Ufki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 52nd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Buğrahan Ufki. Buğrahan Ufki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolko Julius in the 62nd minute of the match. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Cumhur Mürşit in the 67th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 75 minutes into the game, when Antonio Arias put in a rough tackle. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Hilal Gençlik. Oktay Gariboğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julio Vera. 1-2. Buğrahan Ufki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 82nd minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bolko Julius in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Alfred Rasialdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oktay Gariboğlu in the 95th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Bolko Julius came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Hilal Gençlik fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
