Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC GAZprom's Xie Cheng Xiao started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Sofoklis Siamantouras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Sofoklis Siamantouras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ilya Derevschikov charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilya Derevschikov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th minute, Ilya Derevschikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Xie Cheng Xiao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC GAZprom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noah Gessen in the 9th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC GAZprom's goalkeeper Anton Parov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match, Ilya Derevschikov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xie Cheng Xiao. In the 20th minute, Ilya Derevschikov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. Anton Parov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Noah Gessen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 3-0. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Parov having to interfere. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xie Cheng Xiao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Noah Gessen took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, FC GAZprom's Noah Gessen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noah Gessen, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. FC GAZprom's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artur Tyulenin in the 70th minute. It was a well-played corner which Xie Cheng Xiao managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FC GAZprom's Xie Cheng Xiao. But to his dismay, Xie Cheng Xiao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Guillermo Mariano's late challenge caught a FC GAZprom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noah Gessen in the 82nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 85th minute of the game was made by Leonid Molotkov with Sergey Dorofeev as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC GAZprom's Xie Cheng Xiao. But to his dismay, Xie Cheng Xiao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 91st minute, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rigoberto Mina the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Venezuela protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rigoberto Mina had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. When Sergey Dorofeev came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the FC GAZprom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergey Dorofeev couldn't finish the play.
