Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Ermanno Testi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Scevola in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th minute, Alberto Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Dino Roberto - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 9th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Villadeatese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Manzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Villadeatese FC's Ernesto Scevola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Ernesto Scevola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alberto Maranhense was slow to take the kick. During this time Villadeatese FC's players had a chance to rest. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arrigo Clementi 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Zabal Villanueva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Scevola in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Arrigo Clementi sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Scevola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Arrigo Clementi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Alvaro Manzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villadeatese FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Alvaro Manzi hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Tomas Illescas fired a really elegant long shot, but Dino Roberto threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Scevola's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Scevola in the 61st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villadeatese FC's Dino Roberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Arrigo Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Ernesto Scevola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villadeatese FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Scevola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Roberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 73 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villadeatese FC the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Maranhense in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Zabal Villanueva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zabal Villanueva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Alvaro Manzi made in the 81st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zabal Villanueva immediately put the ball in play. Arrigo Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Alberto Maranhense scored 6-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Alvaro Manzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd match minute, Villadeatese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Manzi to maneuver through the defense. If Corrado Apolloni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
