Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Ferreros in the 4th minute of play. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. PACIFIC FC's Xefe Azpeitia got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Casasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 16th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after PACIFIC FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Carlos Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to PACIFIC FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Paulo Batista hit a great ball. Carlos Casasola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PACIFIC FC's Carlos Casasola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Casasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 31st minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Casasola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Zorita went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Ferreros came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Villalcazar went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Xefe Azpeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Xefe Azpeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to PACIFIC FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Francisco Ferreros hit a great ball. If Urre Abellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xefe Azpeitia in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind PACIFIC FC's goalkeeper Carlos Casasola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. PACIFIC FC's Teofil Miodek was substituted for Anibal Serrano. Paulo Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when PACIFIC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Miodek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Casasola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 81st minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urre Abellaneda in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute PACIFIC FC were awarded a corner. Rodolfo Toraya went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Ferreros in the 91st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico were furious when Lorenzo Cazalla was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mexico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The referee gave PACIFIC FC a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rodolfo Toraya, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 3-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, PACIFIC FC could leave the field as winners, despite Mexico having more of the ball for most of the match.
