Manoel Loarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axl Rose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manoel Loarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axl Rose, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Angel Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Montevideo City Torque defense, Juan Bittor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manoel Loarte. The Montevideo City Torque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manoel Loarte should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute Axl Rose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Loarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Howling Dawn U18 fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Howling Dawn U18's Moises Belo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Santos Hori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Manoel Loarte came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Howling Dawn U18's Juan Bittor. But to his dismay, Juan Bittor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 35th minute Moises Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Loarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Moises Belo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Manoel Loarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manoel Loarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axl Rose in the 41st minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Axl Rose came free, but Manoel Loarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerard Way could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Manoel Loarte made a huge save. Montevideo City Torque's Manoel Loarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Montevideo City Torque from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Axl Rose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Loarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match, Axl Rose tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manoel Loarte saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Manoel Loarte made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gerard Way sent off a good shot on target. Manoel Loarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axl Rose in the 67th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Howling Dawn U18's Manoel Loarte threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan Bittor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 69 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's Axl Rose sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manoel Loarte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Galsino Almarza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howling Dawn U18's Astor Manilan was substituted for Juan Bittor. Howling Dawn U18's Scott Weiland was substituted for Axl Rose. The supporters of Howling Dawn U18 booed when Montevideo City Torque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Galsino Almarza didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Quinito Folch hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Scott Weiland came free, but Manoel Loarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manoel Loarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Belo in the 87th minute of play. Uriel Lauren made a great header on Howling Dawn U18's corner, it was just that Montevideo City Torque's Manoel Loarte managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 92 minutes, Astor Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Howling Dawn U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Manilan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Astor Manilan came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Howling Dawn U18 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Manilan couldn't finish the play. Cyprian Henryk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manoel Loarte firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Howling Dawn U18's Cyprian Henryk, in the 97th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Howling Dawn U18. Howling Dawn U18 played a much better game than Montevideo City Torque and deserved their victory. The Montevideo City Torque players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
