Rodrigo Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Ugaitz having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Echezonachukwu Håland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manoel Loarte. Montevideo City Torque's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Echezonachukwu Håland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Fernando Abascal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Manoel Loarte made a huge save. Real Còrdoba FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
