In the 15th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifaco Villalcazar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Ovalle in the 22nd minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Josu Garoña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eron Reguer made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Nevada Chapital sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Penuel Football Club booed when C.S.D Punta Ballena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gutierrre Olier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nevada Chapital in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eron Reguer saved Penuel Football Club from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Osorio during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Osorio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Ovalle was the one to do the kick off. When Nevada Chapital got free in front of the goal in the 52nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Eron Reguer was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Nevada Chapital fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.S.D Punta Ballena's protests and gave Nevada Chapital a yellow card for diving instead. Nevada Chapital kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diegotxe Carvajal to maneuver through the defense. Josu Garoña didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Penuel Football Club's Niceto Ovalle shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Eron Reguer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Solana in the 67th minute of play. C.S.D Punta Ballena made a substitution. Teo Trasgallo replaced Leo Busvidad. Nevada Chapital fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eron Reguer having to interfere. Isaias Fuertehijar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Penuel Football Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
