Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eulalio Weather came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneizes's Pastor Benat. But to his dismay, Pastor Benat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute Pastor Benat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Weather saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Sergio Lekubegi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Ofelio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Ernesto Sanduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Weather saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Benat in the 24th minute of play. Narciso Argoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Genaro Errando made a huge save. Genaro Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Orlanda in the 30th minute of the match. Blas Erasto lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Encarale a la gordita! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Xeneizes. Ernesto Sanduru stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eulalio Weather. 1-2. Genaro Errando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Federico Crispo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Weather. Encarale a la gordita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Crispo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Orlanda to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Orlanda in the 57th minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Genaro Errando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Cordarrol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Eulalio Weather made a huge save. If Federico Crispo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Encarale a la gordita getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Celso Ofelio hit a great ball. Ernesto Sanduru took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eulalio Weather. Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Salomone in the 90th minute of play forced Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Eulalio Weather to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xeneizes played a much better game than Encarale a la gordita and deserved their victory. The Encarale a la gordita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
