The supporters of MIKELOCHO CF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Aureo Landa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Aureo Landa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the game, MIKELOCHO CF's Elixio Torrent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 曾然凡. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 56th minute, 曾然凡 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 3-1 became the score in the 61st minute when 曾然凡 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by MIKELOCHO CF's Oton Marques. But to his dismay, Oton Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oton Marques in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oton Marques in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Caballero came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. MIKELOCHO CF made a substitution. Siro Castillo replaced Glauco Coelho. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oton Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aureo Landa was slow to take the kick. During this time MIKELOCHO CF's players had a chance to rest. In the 94th minute Elixio Torrent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oton Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 99th minute Oton Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MIKELOCHO CF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
