Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kalmer Üksvärav charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jarana FC's Mateusz Piontkovskiy. Tadeo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of play. Wilfredo Gitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yang Yao Kuan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano to a score. 0-2 in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Jarana FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yang Yao Kuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Yang Yao Kuan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. In the 29th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Gitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Alex Chicote charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 38th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Gitano took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Qiao Jian Ping hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeo Distiratsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 51st minute of play. If Wilfredo Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Gitano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Wilfredo Gitano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Gitano. 64 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute Wilfredo Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Wilfredo Gitano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 71 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Christobal. After 73 minutes of play, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilfredo Gitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valko De Hond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Jarana FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
