Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Seco made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes of play, Los Hornos's Dário Prada made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dário Prada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Los Hornos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Justino Amato in the 15th minute. Jaime Veronica was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Silas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 18th minute of play. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dário Prada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Dário Prada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 32 minutes in the game Arturo Carvallo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jaime Cazalla. If Dário Prada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's Dário Prada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Los Hornos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lucas Staff hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert got a free kick in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dário Prada to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Ghitã Butuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 52nd minute of play forced Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dário Prada struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hornos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dário Prada in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Dário Prada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Dário Prada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Hornos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Prada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dário Prada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaime Veronica struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hornos. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Prada, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Dário Prada took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. Los Hornos's Jaime Veronica got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Los Hornos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Uruguay.
