Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 8 played minutes Lechuguitas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Chaime. 9 minutes into the match, Peru's Luz Tejedor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesare Cardillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Lechuguitas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Cesare Cardillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Lechuguitas F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lechuguitas F.C.'s goalie and right to Alonso Berganza. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lechuguitas F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cesare Cardillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lechuguitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Cesare Cardillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Lechuguitas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Prats came free, but Cesare Cardillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes Lechuguitas F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Julian Murillo advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesare Cardillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Cesare Cardillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélio Nascimento in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Lechuguitas F.C.'s Cesare Cardillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 56th minute of play. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesare Cardillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cesare Cardillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 77th minute. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. The throw-in from Amancio Clodio in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Antonio Tenorio.
