Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. 卓震宽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 卓震宽 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Lagarde in the 8th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, La Estacion FC's Henry Lagarde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 17th minute Teodosio Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Lagarde went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the match, La Estacion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but 卓震宽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 卓震宽 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 卓震宽 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. 卓震宽 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Henry Lagarde made the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when La Estacion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yordan Pavurdzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Joel Sein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Joel Sein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when La Estacion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Juan Carlos Jiménez came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the La Estacion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Carlos Jiménez couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, La Estacion FC could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
