Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. İZMİR S.K.'s Karadeniz Haktanır quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. Asrın İsmets short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. Modesto Louis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. In the 22nd minute Modesto Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Louiss short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tymoteusz Setara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, İZMİR S.K.'s Modesto Louis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 36th minute, Modesto Louis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 39th minute, Modesto Louis made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Louis in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Louis in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Modesto Louis might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Louis ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Louis in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asrın İsmet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Modesto Louis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Modesto Louis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Louis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Modesto Louis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The İZMİR S.K. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Axel Tasis charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Tasis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Modesto Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hugo Ferrant made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by İZMİR S.K.'s Joel Braga. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asrın İsmet in the 70th minute of the match. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Louis's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Asrın İsmet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo Ferrant made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by İZMİR S.K.'s Atahan İlteber. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Atahan İlteber managed to get in a good position for a shot. İZMİR S.K.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Atahan İlteber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Modesto Louis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Asrın İsmet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 89 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. Modesto Louis struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İZMİR S.K.. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Modesto Louis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. İZMİR S.K.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
