Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Johnny Banks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 8th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Malmö White Knights's Johnny Banks. Johnny Banks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Malmö White Knights's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Banks came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peru's attentive Luz Tejedor managed to snatch the ball when Vilhelm Holm made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. In the 19th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Banks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnny Banks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elvijs Presley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 32 minute of play. Elvijs Presley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Evert Taube got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vilhelm Holm kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnny Banks narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Elvijs Presley recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Elvijs Presley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roby Baggio made a kick off. Johnny Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 56th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Johnny Banks successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roby Baggio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milagros Fraga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Elvijs Presley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Johnny Banks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malmö White Knights's goalie prevented a goal. Olívio Meireles hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. After 81 played minutes Malmö White Knights got a freekick which was hit by Olívio Meireles. Rafael Gallo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roby Baggio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 95th minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Johnny Banks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
