Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when George Buzoianu made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Iosif Gurlui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Iosif Gurlui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Buzoianu in the 12th minute. When Iosif Gurlui came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the F.C. Baia Mare -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iosif Gurlui couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, George Buzoianu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Zsigmond Pál showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, George Buzoianu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, George Buzoianu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Buzoianu got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Joshua Secada fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Joshua Secada a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Joshua Secada got a free kick in the 45th minute. George Buzoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s George Buzoianu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 54 minutes, Iosif Gurlui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Gurlui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Iosif Gurlui. But to his dismay, Iosif Gurlui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When Filip Mihele fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s protests and gave Filip Mihele a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Filip Mihele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Buzoianu in the 67th minute of the match. F.C. Baia Mare -MM- were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. George Buzoianu took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Anton Baicea. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Dragoş Balint hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. George Buzoianu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Buzoianu in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Iosif Gurlui nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Iosif Gurlui struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Baia Mare -MM-. In the 87th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, George Buzoianu put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. F.C. Baia Mare -MM- were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
