Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 8th minute, Costel Ţintă made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Scorpions -MM-'s Walter Zenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Costel Ţintă sent off a good shot on target. Walter Zenga came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 28th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorinel Munteanu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Zenga came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Costel Ţintă kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-2 in the 37 minute of play. The corner ended in Dan Tinu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Alex Vrânceanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Scorpions -MM- were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dan Tinu took the corner. After taking down the ball on Scorpions -MM-'s corner Dan Tinu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costel Ţintă was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Zenga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Scorpions -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Scorpions -MM- made a substitution. Octav Vătăşel replaced Dan Tinu. Traian Uzuneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Ţintă in the 71st minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Scorpions -MM- were awarded a corner. Traian Uzuneanu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Traian Uzuneanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Walter Zenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Cornel Giuverdea got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costel Ţintă in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octav Vătăşel went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. After 94 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Alex Vrânceanu. 97 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Scorpions -MM- fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
