The corner went over the outstretched arms of Beek City's goalie and right to Luca Zorita. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Beek City's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Benny Stolle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 22nd minute of play. Beek City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Joel Gaona took the corner. 40 minutes in the game Macos Graciani did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luca Zorita. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny Stolle, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 43rd minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
