Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ertan Duman started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Ertan Duman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Ertan Duman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marco Day. Ertan Duman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The throw-in from Raphael Moore in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Yu Ting. Gottfrid Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Gottfrid Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Ertan Duman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 23rd minute of play. Gottfrid Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Mcdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ertan Duman came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marco Day could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 29th minute of play forced ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Aiakos Vardakas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ertan Duman, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. When Fotis Theofilopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's protests and gave Fotis Theofilopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ got a freekick which was hit by Fotis Theofilopoulos. After having played for 47 minutes, Ertan Duman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ertan Duman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Cao Jun Yan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Gottfrid Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 84th match minute, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Atkins to maneuver through the defense. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. The supporters of USA booed when ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ray Atkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gottfrid Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cao Jun Yan might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cao Jun Yan ran back to his position shaking his head. 96 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Cao Jun Yan came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
