Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Ingmar Kracke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taurino Hernaiz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Sidro Torra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sidro Torra was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, Valentín Carvallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resistencia Tayrona FC the free kick. The supporters of Resistencia Tayrona FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Zernin Losa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Resistencia Tayrona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zernin Losa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taurino Hernaiz came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lautaro Navarro could save by the left post. A hard shot 33 in the game by Taurino Hernaiz from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. After 34 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Taurino Hernaiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidro Torra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bermudo Uranga hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Taurino Hernaiz made a kick off. Valentín Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ingmar Kracke hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resistencia Tayrona FC the free kick. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taurino Hernaiz in the 62nd minute of play. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Egun Zaballos replaced Taurino Hernaiz. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Chale Galanes hit a great ball. Sidro Torra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 66th minute of play. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Kracke in the 74th minute of play. Egun Zaballos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Egun Zaballos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Egun Zaballos might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egun Zaballos ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Honduras booed when Resistencia Tayrona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingmar Kracke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidro Torra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Sidro Torra came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 90 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Kracke. Egun Zaballos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Resistencia Tayrona FC.
