Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moises Fernandino kicked off to start the match. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Salvador! In the 12th match minute, Alvara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. When Alvara's Zachary Bugno in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Abram Luque got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Bugno in the 20th minute of play. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Eugênio Castro made a huge save. In the 25th minute Alvara were awarded a corner. Manoel de Queirós went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcel Freire was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Alvara booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentino Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Sena came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Alvara getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Antônio Ribeiro hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Sena in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Alvara were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachary Bugno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Alvara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Freire to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the game, Albertinho Trigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alvara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. After 56 played minutes Alvara got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Recife. If Mateo Leguizamo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugênio Castro came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 64 minutes into the match, Alvara's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Eugênio Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Castro having to interfere. Abram Luque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manoel de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Antônio Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alvara's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugênio Castro came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The El Salvador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alvara's performance. The match ended with a win for Alvara.
