The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Quintun was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Quintun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignacio Quintun. Hurboc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Mina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Ignacio Quintun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 70th of the match, Moises Gayoso tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ignacio Quintun got in the way and made a wonderful save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Ignacio Quintun in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Quintun saved Hurboc from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacio Quintun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 81st minute of play forced Hurboc's goalkeeper Ignacio Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Ignacio Quintun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 83 minutes into the match, Hurboc's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Ignacio Quintun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Quintun saved Hurboc from getting behind. Peru made a substitution. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
