David Osorio scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Donato Telmo hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 60th minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ognen Čaparovski in the 62nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Ognen Čaparovski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 71 minutes into the game, Brújula FC's Wlodzimierz Kendra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 75 minutes into the match, Brújula FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Arnaldo Cilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Kendra in the 76th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. Cipriano Harri's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cipriano Harri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Brújula FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Harri to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ognen Čaparovski in the 93rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Brújula FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
