Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ksawery Andrychowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, CORSARZE's Ksawery Andrychowski got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ksawery Andrychowski. The goal made the score 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolás Blandi in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ksawery Andrychowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. After 54 played minutes CORSARZE got a freekick which was hit by Otto Bjelland. Ksawery Andrychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ksawery Andrychowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Blandi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grzegorz Mikulski who took care of the corner kick. Grzegorz Mikulski made a great header on CORSARZE's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Ksawery Andrychowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 66th minute of the match.
