Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Slawomir Majak made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvin Svanberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Arvin Svanberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slawomir Majak, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Karen FC's Slawomir Majak in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 17th minute, Slawomir Majak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Svanberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ma Yong Jun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Ma Yong Jun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 27 minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvin Svanberg's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 36 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. A nice corner shot did that Rickard Lövkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Bai Yan Feng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Svanberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slawomir Majak struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karen FC. In the 67th minute, Slawomir Majak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. In the 70th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Slawomir Majak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Karen FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gustaf Hedman hit a great ball. When Oskar Sandell came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Karen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Sandell couldn't finish the play. Karen FC's Leo Öfverman was substituted for Seve Sevens. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slawomir Majak. Karen FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
