If Jagad Man had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Mats Hurtig got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Mats Hurtig took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Talip Bayezit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Talip Bayezit struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ellen Bow Bojs. In the 14th minute, Mats Hurtig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 19 minutes into the match Talip Bayezit climbed in front of goal and pressed up 4-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Hurtig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Mats Hurtig got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 5-0. Mats Hurtig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talip Bayezit who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, Jagad Man dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 8-0. The supporters of Honduras booed when Ellen Bow Bojs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Pilgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. The supporters of Honduras booed when Ellen Bow Bojs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jagad Man didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Ellen Bow Bojs's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Caracakingo Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ellen Bow Bojs made a substitution. Eddie Eriksson replaced Börje Wennerström. In the 67th minute, Mats Hurtig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Ellen Bow Bojs's Talip Bayezit got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Talip Bayezit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mats Hurtig's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Mats Hurtig hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Talip Bayezit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ellen Bow Bojs fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Ellen Bow Bojs's Talip Bayezit looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 83 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Hurtig in the 84th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. Mats Hurtig took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Edmundo Espiga's late challenge caught a Ellen Bow Bojs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga helped the player get up and apologised. Edmundo Espiga hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Hurtig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Pilgren made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eddie Eriksson however managed to control. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
