Paul Dumitru made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when 孟诚寒 came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Paul Dumitru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Paul Dumitru in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Rova Rosiori's goalie and right to Lautaro Mancebo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Rova Rosiori's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a little luck, Rova Rosiori's Paul Dumitru got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孟诚寒 in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rova Rosiori's Ştefan Aelenei got a free kick in the 45th minute. Rova Rosiori's Paul Dumitru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Rova Rosiori from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Paul Dumitru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paul Dumitru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Jula in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Rova Rosiori were awarded a corner. Sergiu Burdea went to the cornerflag to take it. Rova Rosiori's Nicu Arghiroiu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Grigore Jula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Paul Dumitru. Rova Rosiori's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 孟诚寒's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Lacasa firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 90th minute, 孟诚寒 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rova Rosiori fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 孟诚寒 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Mexico's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
