In the 20th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Zé Augusto Santos. Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Tingelholm. Pompiliu Alupoaie ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nicu Lucescu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Augusto Santos having to make a save. In the 32nd minute of the match, Pompiliu Alupoaie tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 35th match minute, Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiz İnanç to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Augusto Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Bărănescu in the 44th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s goalkeeper Zé Augusto Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Tingelholm came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Luque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Zé Augusto Santos made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zé Augusto Santos. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Calistrat Mugur kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Zé Augusto Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 76th minute of the match. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s Zé Augusto Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Tingelholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Tingelholm in the 92nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurențiu Bărănescu's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fc Camerunul ★DAC★.
