Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FC Draconia's Kraig McAlphie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kraig McAlphie didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kraig McAlphie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Van Maestricht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Nisipeanu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Olemans in the 9th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Iulian Nisipeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Olemans came free, but Iulian Nisipeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Weijnants in the 14th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Iulian Nisipeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to -BZF- Viitorul Buzau getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Damian Vârnav hit a great ball. Freddy Olemans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Nisipeanu having to interfere. In the 19thth minute of the game Kraig McAlphie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Iulian Nisipeanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iulian Nisipeanu came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Draconia's Leopold Weijnants. But to his dismay, Leopold Weijnants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig McAlphie in the 35th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Iulian Nisipeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Meeus kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Freddy Olemans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iulian Nisipeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. FC Draconia made a substitution. Florian Seveneijnts replaced Christian Van Maestricht. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Iulian Nisipeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopold Weijnants, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig McAlphie in the 56th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Iulian Nisipeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-3 became the score in the 59th minute when Kraig McAlphie elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, FC Draconia's Freddy Olemans ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iulian Nisipeanu. Iulian Nisipeanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. If Leopold Weijnants had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Draconia made a substitution. Etienne Langhmans replaced Kraig McAlphie. When Damian Vârnav fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's protests and gave Damian Vârnav a yellow card for diving instead. Damian Vârnav hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match Jose Meeus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iulian Nisipeanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Iulian Nisipeanu was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Chambis Le Bastard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chambis Le Bastard really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. FC Draconia's Thijs Enfant got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Etienne Langhmans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Iulian Nisipeanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Iulian Nisipeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etienne Langhmans in the 93rd minute of play. Chambis Le Bastard kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. FC Draconia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
