The crowd rose to their feet as Mieszko Rostow kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iulian Nisipeanu. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Wojciech Bartochowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iulian Nisipeanu. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iulian Nisipeanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wojciech Kloczko in the 12th minute. Radowit Konopka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Mureșan in the 14th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the game, Costel Buzgar landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau made a substitution. Nae Cimpoieru replaced Costel Buzgar. In the 27th minute, Tytus Bialakowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Valerian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Konopka having to interfere. Radowit Konopka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Mureșan's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Filip Valerian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radowit Konopka having to make a save. In the 39th minute, Luca Mureșan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Viitorul Buzau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Wojciech Kloczko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Luca Mureșan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radowit Konopka was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mieszko Rostow made a kick off. Luca Mureșan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Radowit Konopka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Iulian Nisipeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Kloczko in the 53rd minute of play. Juve Górnik Knurów's Radowit Konopka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Juve Górnik Knurów from getting a goal against them. After 58 played minutes -BZF- Viitorul Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Filip Valerian. The supporters of Juve Górnik Knurów booed when -BZF- Viitorul Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Mureșan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wojciech Kloczko struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Iulian Nisipeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juve Górnik Knurów. After a defensive mix-up in Juve Górnik Knurów's zone, Filip Valerian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radowit Konopka came out of the goal and Filip Valerian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juve Górnik Knurów's Radowit Konopka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Mureșan in the 63rd minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Juve Górnik Knurów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tytus Bialakowski to maneuver through the defense. Radowit Konopka had great luck who in the 73rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Luca Mureșan from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With a little luck, Juve Górnik Knurów's Radowit Konopka got control of the ball when Luca Mureșan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tytus Bialakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Juve Górnik Knurów's Mieszko Rostow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iulian Nisipeanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Wojciech Kloczko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Nisipeanu having to interfere. The Juve Górnik Knurów support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
