LOI were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after La Acade's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan took the corner. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Lamczyk in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Buturugã saved LOI from getting behind. The corner ended in Teófilo Amaro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LOI's George Buturugã did a great save. 18 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Saturnin came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Saturnin in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match La Acade got a corner. LOI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teófilo Amaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Sulo Montaña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Aritza was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Blas Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match LOI got a corner. Blas Aritza made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Özgür Özbay sent off a good shot on target. La Acade's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Özgür Özbay scored to the left of an out of position Blas Aritza, making the score, 2-0. David Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Blas Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulo Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, La Acade's David Abaurre got a free kick in the 37th minute. Blas Aritza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sulo Montaña in the 43rd minute. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sulo Montaña stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to La Acade getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Stelian Avram hit a great ball. In the 75th minute of the match, Osvaldo Cantero got a very nice opportunity to score, but George Buturugã was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulo Montaña in the 76th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Blas Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Bektaş Veli Ülgü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Acade's David Abaurre got a free kick in the 79th minute. La Acade's Kip William was substituted for Felipe Saturnin. LOI made a substitution. After 94 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Teófilo Amaro. 95 minutes into the game, LOI's Sulo Montaña nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blas Aritza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the La Acade players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LOI.
