In the 6th minute Sebastian Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Vedillo in the 8th minute of the match. The LOI fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when LOI's Sulo Montaña looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 16 minutes into the game, Sulo Montaña lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Atalan Cebeci. In the 20th minute Baturay Zaim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baturay Zaim in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Buturugã saved LOI from getting behind. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baturay Zaim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atalan Cebeci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Özbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RED KHAGAN were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after LOI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Folke Malmström took the corner. 27 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Kemal Deren came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 32 minutes, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sulo Montaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute Sebastian Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yılmaz Başdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes LOI got a freekick which was hit by Fetih Avcu. 46 minutes into the match, LOI's Sulo Montaña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atalan Cebeci narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Vedillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Folke Malmström was slow to take the kick. During this time RED KHAGAN's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Yılmaz Başdemir heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Atalan Cebeci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özgür Özbay in the 57th minute of play. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yılmaz Başdemir in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baturay Zaim got free with George Buturugã in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Vedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71stth minute of the game Sebastian Vedillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOI's George Buturugã was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 71 minutes, Sebastian Vedillo made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. LOI's George Buturugã tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, LOI's George Buturugã got control of the ball when Sebastian Vedillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Yılmaz Başdemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yılmaz Başdemir in the 80th minute of the match. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. Yılmaz Başdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özgür Özbay succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-2. After a rather tough play, LOI's Atak Koral got a free kick in the 95th minute. LOI were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of RED KHAGAN for a fine match.
