The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Bingen, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wagner Kill in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Buturugã prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diablofaryd F.C.'s Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match LOI got a corner. Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 15th minute, Atak Koral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Eugenio Mena in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LOI's Atak Koral. Wagner Kill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. George Buturugã tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atak Koral hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Wagner Kill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Agostini came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulo Montaña in the 26th minute of play forced Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalkeeper Grzegorz Szamotulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benicio Maurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Benicio Maurin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Buturugã was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Maurin in the 33rd minute of play. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulo Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Balasi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Özgür Özbay came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the LOI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özgür Özbay couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the game, Frankie McFrank was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diablofaryd F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOI the free kick. After 40 played minutes Diablofaryd F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Frankie McFrank. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Maurin in the 44th minute of play. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Maurin in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Sulo Montaña made the kick off in the second half. George Buturugã made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Wagner Kill sent off a good shot on target. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Wagner Kill could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which George Buturugã however easily saved by the left post. Wagner Kill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Buturugã having to interfere. LOI's Atak Koral managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Melquiades Balasi in the 68 minute of the game. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 69th minute of the match. Sulo Montaña charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sulo Montaña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Sulo Montaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LOI made a substitution. Tayyip Taylan replaced Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. LOI's Kerimhan Cevher was substituted for Kaan Öztanır. 78 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Maurin came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wagner Kill got free with George Buturugã in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOI's supporters rose to their feet, but Sulo Montaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grzegorz Szamotulski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sulo Montaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the game, LOI's Özgür Özbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Grzegorz Szamotulski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Diablofaryd F.C. getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Maksymilian Pyczkowski hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
