In the 3rdth minute of the game Adamantios Geronimidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th match minute, C.A. LANUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levente Végh to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, C.A. LANUS's goal looked a bit too open when Per Stenberg came free, but Cristian Mergildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Fagerbergs short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Cristian Mergildo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 15th minute of the match Rönnöfors FF got a corner. C.A. LANUS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per Stenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Levente Végh in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Gunnarsson saved Rönnöfors FF from getting behind. 邱沙锋 hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Silviano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Per Tunström took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Mergildo. Cristian Mergildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rönnöfors FF were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after C.A. LANUS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Stenberg took the corner. In the 35th minute of the match C.A. LANUS got a corner. Rönnöfors FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Åke Saâdallah ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Torsten Åman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Mergildo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Per Tunström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cristian Mergildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 53rd minute of play. Cristian Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Magne Gunnarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adamantios Geronimidis in the 59th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Fagerberg in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Mergildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adamantios Geronimidis in the 68th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A. LANUS were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Rönnöfors FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per-Åke Saâdallah took the corner. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A. LANUS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Stenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Rönnöfors FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristian Mergildo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Tunström in the 77th minute of play forced C.A. LANUS's goalkeeper Cristian Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Tunström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magne Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levente Végh's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Per Stenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Mergildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per Stenberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th match minute, C.A. LANUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levente Végh to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Spets to maneuver through the defense. Magne Gunnarsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Per-Åke Saâdallah. Rönnöfors FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
