Guillermo Ubelteso ran over to the corner to take the kick. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Bencivenni in the 28th minute of play. Denis Rivas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Atahan Balon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 31st play minutes Damian Honesto shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Mira Pene and just under the crossbar into goal. After 39 played minutes Los Muchachos del 86 got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Boukouvalas. When Efrain Jacob came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Los Muchachos del 86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Jacob couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Teo Cresitobalo put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Los Muchachos del 86 a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabio Bencivenni, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Paso FC's Mira Pene. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Honesto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atahan Balon came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paso FC's Denis Rivas. But to his dismay, Denis Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 61st minute, Silvio Sotelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paso FC's Mira Pene proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Paso FC from getting a goal against them. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Paso FC got a corner. Los Muchachos del 86's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner led Paso FC's Ramon Burni to fire away a dangerous shot which Atahan Balon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mira Pene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Honesto in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Los Muchachos del 86 booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Rivas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Los Muchachos del 86 got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Boukouvalas. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 90 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Pete Violento. Atahan Balon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Rivas in the 97th minute of play.
