Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Lobos de Carelia from getting a goal against them. Nestor Cortez made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Sulo Montaña sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Nestor Cortez managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when LOI's Sulo Montaña fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulo Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Lobos de Carelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xu Ran Zhen to maneuver through the defense. Özgür Özbay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Nestor Cortez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Özgür Özbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. In the 43rd match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hamdi Ortan to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lobos de Carelia's Eusebio Rios got a free kick in the 45th minute. Nestor Cortez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. Xu Ran Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Cabbar Dinçay kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Pavao Zadro made the kick off in the second half. George Buturugã made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Saul Montrel sent off a good shot on target. George Buturugã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Perico in the 57th minute. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Sulo Montaña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Nestor Cortez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 68 minutes into the game, Sulo Montaña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. A very good chance for a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Nestor Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 80th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Sulo Montaña got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nestor Cortez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Sulo Montaña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestor Cortez was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. George Buturugã made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Saul Montrel sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Sulo Montaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Lobos de Carelia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
