Beat Vid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bento Chandeiro in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Seaman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beat Vid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. David Seaman made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Bento Chandeiro sent off a good shot on target. If Vinicio Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Aníbal Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Vid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Seaman made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Bento Chandeiro sent off a good shot on target. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bento Chandeiro made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 52nd minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beat Vid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 55th minute of the match. Aníbal Alagoano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beat Vid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jenipapo SC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
