After some careless play in the Branco FC defense, Paulo Eguen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Inge. The Branco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Inge should have stopped the shot. MORPH's Melquiades Mambru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save MORPH from getting a goal against them. The MORPH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half MORPH were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Eguen made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Nordin in the 62nd minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Melquiades Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Mambru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitch Dekens in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Branco FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Mitch Dekens hit a great ball. Branco FC's Domingos Aimar was substituted for Aristides Etxeberri. Aaron Inge was a little too slow when Carel Rokeloos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 79th minute Mitch Dekens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Mambru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Branco FC's Aaron Inge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Lano in the 80th minute of play. When Bernt Drake was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. A collision led to MORPH getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bernt Drake hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sten Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Branco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sten Nordin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Mambru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Isidro Lano took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Aaron Inge to make any attempt to save it. The MORPH players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
