In the 8th minute, Nemesio Tximitx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clodoveo Aresti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aaron Min in the 22nd minute. Invisible's Clodoveo Aresti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Tximitx in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a corner. Invisible's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aaron Min ran over to the corner to take the kick. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Jonas Isauro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clodoveo Aresti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 29th minute Nemesio Tximitx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Claudio Echeverri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serafin Cesaro, 1-3. In the 33rd minute, Nemesio Tximitx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Tximitx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clodoveo Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Tximitx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clodoveo Aresti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Tximitx went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Clodoveo Aresti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Tximitx's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After 43 minutes, Nemesio Tximitx made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Invisible's Clodoveo Aresti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Manuel Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clodoveo Aresti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nemesio Tximitx showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 52 minute of play. After a rather tough play, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Juan Manuel Cruz got a free kick in the 55th minute. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Fernando Bot was substituted for Aaron Min. 58 minutes into the match, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Echeverri came free, but Serafin Cesaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Tximitx got free with Clodoveo Aresti in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Invisible's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernando Bot was slow to take the kick. During this time ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Nemesio Tximitx got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Tximitxs short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Clodoveo Aresti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute, Bengt-Arne Åberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Clodoveo Aresti. The goal made the score 1-8. The ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Nemesio Tximitx looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 93 minutes into the match, Invisible's goalkeeper Clodoveo Aresti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Tximitx. Nemesio Tximitx might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clodoveo Aresti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nemesio Tximitx ran back to his position shaking his head. The Invisible fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
