Sebastian Käller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Jonny Lagerberg. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Käller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but César Sousa was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. César Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 32nd minute of play. Jonas Vingegaard's late challenge caught a Kind of Blue's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Vingegaard helped the player get up and apologised. Jonas Vingegaard hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Ayuso was the one to do the kick off. Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Decathlon Dudes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that César Sousa should have stopped the shot.
