A nice corner shot did that Luuk Theunissen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hampus Gallberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 26 minutes into the match, Mansfield Town FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Ayuso came free, but Hampus Gallberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Seger in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes in the game, Maximilian Seger dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Sandell made a kick off. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Klaas Zwartkruis hit a great ball. Andreas Sandell took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised César Sousa. César Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 55th minute Tor Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Seger in the 61st minute of play. César Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Olofsson in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Maximilian Seger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luuk Theunissen to maneuver through the defense. César Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Häger in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Mansfield Town FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximilian Seger didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Ayuso in the 86th minute of play forced Mansfield Town FC's goalkeeper Hampus Gallberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mansfield Town FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mansfield Town FC had played much better football throughout.
