Diablofaryd F.C.'s Grzegorz Szamotulski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Diablofaryd F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Steven Homan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Szamotulski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Diablofaryd F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Agostini to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Lisandro Heerckes in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Diablofaryd F.C.'s Edelmiro Lorenz. In the 37th minute Wagner Kill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Agostini came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Benicio Maurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wagner Kill came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Diablofaryd F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wagner Kill couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes in the game Edelmiro Lorenz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Daniel Agostini. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Steven Homan made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Diablofaryd F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Maurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yorrick Zoethout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diablofaryd F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 66th minute of play forced Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalkeeper Grzegorz Szamotulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diablofaryd F.C.'s Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Homan in the 66th minute of play. Steven Homan might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Szamotulski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Steven Homan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute Steven Homan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diablofaryd F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Diablofaryd F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
