Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Steven Homan started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yorrick Zoethout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 10th minute of play. Olavarria FC's attentive Thys Lenoir managed to snatch the ball when Jimmy Stenberg made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. When Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV Balverliefd's goalie prevented a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Jimmy Stenberg in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olavarria FC's Mauro Kotlar. After 17 minutes SV Balverliefd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Kotlar who took care of the corner kick. Robby Van Steen made a great header on Olavarria FC's corner, it was just that SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout managed to reach the ball for a save. 22 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yorrick Zoethout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olavarria FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauro Kotlar in the 23rd minute. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Matas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thys Lenoir made in the 27th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jenő Menszátor however managed to control. In the 28th minute Isaias Matas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Matas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yorrick Zoethout. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Matas ran back to his position shaking his head. Steven Homan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Arthur Eekhout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olavarria FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. A collision led to Olavarria FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Arthur Eekhout hit a great ball. Michel Hendrickx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steven Homan's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When Isaias Matas came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Olavarria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Matas couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Matas to strike the kick off in the second half. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Matas, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 70 played minutes Olavarria FC got a freekick which was hit by Thys Lenoir. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Olavarria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thys Lenoir didn't get a good kick on the ball. SV Balverliefd's Steven Homan got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout got control of the ball when Ervigio Ojeda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda. But to his dismay, Ervigio Ojeda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 79 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Felix van As. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervigio Ojeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thys Lenoir kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Yorrick Zoethout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ervigio Ojeda in the 88th minute of play. Michel Hendrickx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Steven Homan went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Melker Gudmundsson kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the match was over Olavarria FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SV Balverliefd throughout the match.
