Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arvin Bollström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ekerö IF's Arvin Bollström. Arvin Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Freddie Wikander sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddie Wikander. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of play forced Ekerö IF's goalkeeper Arvin Bollström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Freddie Wikander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, one of Ekerö IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ekerö IF. Tomas Illescas shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arvin Bollström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 minutes Ekerö IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. Ekerö IF's Arvin Bollström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Ekerö IF's Aquiles Lizar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Freddie Wikander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddie Wikander to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Siöman in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Freddie Wikander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Freddie Wikander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekerö IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 86th minute, Antoni Zywiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 88th minute of play forced Ekerö IF's goalkeeper Arvin Bollström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Ekerö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Zywiec to maneuver through the defense. Ekerö IF were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
